We’re happy to offer a virtual training program for the upcoming Troy Turkey Trot. This is a free program for those with a bit of running experience who are targeting their first (or one of their first) 5k runs. Each week you’ll receive workouts and training tips via e-mail to help you get ready for the 5k on November 22, 2012. These tips come direct from our coaches, nutritionist and injury-prevention specialist. Oh, and Trotter the Turkey as well! To get started on this virtual program, sign up below!
